The customer service in Craft56 is absolutely excellent. Ally couldn’t have been more helpful. When it looked as if the gin, which I had ordered as a birthday present for my husband, would not arrive on time Ally offered to deliver it himself! Luckily, that was not necessary and Royal Mail made the delivery..
