Despite being very satisfied with your ordering service and products I'm afraid I won't be ordering anything else due to Royal Mail providing the delivery. This was a gift for a special birthday and the parcel tracking showed my order reached the recipients' local office at 7:10am on Thursday. But it just seemed to sit there. Over the course of 2 days I made 3 calls to customer services, waited around 30mins each time to speak with someone and kept getting told it was 'checked out and on the van' but it never arrived. After asking the recipient to wait in all day for Thursday and Friday they eventually went to pick it up for themselves from the local office and found it was still there. I was exceedingly unimpressed with the run around from Royal Mail, so I'm afraid it's their poor service that will prevent me ordering anything else. I strongly recommend you think about using someone else for your deliveries.
