I recently ordered a bottle of whisky and unfortunately it was out of stock. Ally quickly contacted me to let me know and provided some recommendations instead of the one I ordered. He was very friendly and knew his stuff and I picked a new whisky upon his recommendations. The new bottle was delivered promptly and without a hitch.
