Ordered 3 bottles recently, 2 delivered yesterday, 1 missing. Contacted Craft 56 via both their website 'contact us' and by email. Received a prompt reply with apology and missing bottle delivered today, less than 24 hours later. Appreciate packing mistakes can happen, and how businesses deal with these are a measure of how good they are. Hope not to have to deal with customer services, but first class response from Craft 56
