I placed an order 1/6/24 and never received my items.
I have only received a confirmation of purchase email, saying they would let me know when it’s on the way, ideally within 24 hours, with a 3-5 day delivery estimate. I have sent several emails, filled in their online form, and tried their phone number but no one has replied to me. This was a gift for someone so this whole experience is very disappointing.
