Been a fan and buyer since the Ultimate first came out in U.S. stores years ago. I have, literally, hundreds of dies and stamps. I follow their Facebook presentations and when they are on HSN and for me, they are top notch with products, demonstrations, instructions, and most of all CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are my #1 paper craft supply source.
