I had a problem with my Gemini machine rang C/C told them the problem ( plates had jammed) DPD picked it up next day ,did repair and I had it returned within 8 days ,also a set of new plates ,I personally can't fault them have never received service like it in my 80 yrs customer service were second to none ,thank you C/C
