Three strikes and they're out. Their Gemini Club was a bust. Their autoships are late or they stop them. Their Craftaganza live weekend was a bust. "Don't worry, if you can't keep up we are posting the videos online." Over a week passed, and just an email saying it will be "soon." They overpromise and underdeliver. After spending Saturday making 2 cards and because I was unable to find the classes (because they just NOW posted them--10 days later), I sent my entire order back for a full refund. Their products are ok but as a company, they are terrible. Sara is a delight but she and her company need to get their act together.
