Whatever company a customer has dealings with there has to be trust. A company should be above reproach that items for sale are FIT FOR PURPOSE AS DESCRIBED and LEGAL. A customer has the right in law to return items that are found to be illegal or not as described . Certain rubber stamps sold by Crafters Companion have been found to be not as described ,that is they are NOT hand drawn, (as promoted) & are also in breach of copyright since the images have been stolen from the internet & used without the owners permission. Crafters Companion have lied stating they have contacted the owners of the images & that now the stamps may be used under fair use policy. Two image owners at least have categorically stated they have NOT been contacted & NOT given permission. But because Crafter's Companion are saying these can be used they are placing users in the position of STILL being in breach of copyright. In addition seem to have retracted their promise that refunds would be given on those stamps. Requests for further information & clarification are deleted (as I fully expect they will this review instead of dealing with the issues & making it right ! )
