Scam artistry at its best Scam artistry at its best. We had a logo designed by this company and was told it was for a lifetime. Note the invoice we received stated lifetime but had 10 years in parentheses. Received a certificate of the logo as well with no timeframe specified in the certificate. Was told that is all i needed. Received a phone call a year later stating that my logo copyright was expired. Explained I purchased the lifetime or 10 years as they explained to me at this point and it was dropped after a heated discussion and my paperwork shown. Today I received a call 1 year later with the same accusation that my copyright has expired. I sent him the paperwork and invoice. Phil explained to me that someone on their end must have given a discount and that it was wrong and wanted more money from me. Phil also tried to sell me their platform for website use. Really? You are selling products under false pretense and then trying to strongarm people for money a year later by holding their logo Hostage per say. Why would anyone use any other product from this company. Save your money and the headache. Find another company to handle your logo and copyright needs.
