“This has been a ongoing issue for over a year now. I didn't make a claim at first because this company kept telling me they where going to make it right. I pray nobody ever uses this company again. They are a scam and unprofessional. It all started when I was in the process on making a new website. I looked online and found Craftive Logos. I ended up paying for their services to build a website with logo and then paid for the trademark. Their service was laughable from beginning to the end. The logos that they presented to me was so bad that i ended up paying another designer to make it. Also after i gave them the logo i paid for from another company they wanted to charge me again to have them create it to put on the website. I sent them proof that i owned the logo and they would be able to proceed with completing my website. Then the call and tell me the only way they can build my website it to pay for a trademark. being that this is my first time and i didn't know ant better i paid them to do a trademark. Months after paying for a trademark I never received anything from the company. They kept saying they was working on it and would send me the trademark information once it was in. After a couple more months of not having anything I called their office and they stated that the guy who was handling my project was sick with Covid-19 and was on the verge of death. Understanding that we were in the middle of a pandemic I tried to understand and give them time. Months of me calling and texting they never did what they were suppose to do so I paid another company to finish. They started calling me again asking to renew my trademark and I'm like what trademark, you never filed it in the first place. I have every email and every text message they sent. Glad the military taught me to document everything. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Run far away from this company.”

Scam artistry at its best. We had a logo designed by this company and was told it was for a lifetime. Note the invoice we received stated lifetime but had 10 years in parentheses. Received a certificate of the logo as well with no timeframe specified in the certificate. Was told that is all i needed. Received a phone call a year later stating that my logo copyright was expired. Explained I purchased the lifetime or 10 years as they explained to me at this point and it was dropped after a heated discussion and my paperwork shown. Today I received a call 1 year later with the same accusation that my copyright has expired. I sent him the paperwork and invoice. Phil explained to me that someone on their end must have given a discount and that it was wrong and wanted more money from me. Phil also tried to sell me their platform for website use. Really? You are selling products under false pretense and then trying to strongarm people for money a year later by holding their logo Hostage per say. Why would anyone use any other product from this company. Save your money and the headache. Find another company to handle your logo and copyright needs.”
