My first order, I received the confirmation on 9/16 and received the shipment notification on 9/18. The second order, I received the confirmation on 9/24, but didn't get the shipment notification until 9/28. I was bummed by the lag, but other than that, all my orders have been correct and as you long as you continue to carry things I can't get in local stores I'll keep buying. Only other complaint is that the shipment price is steep :(
