I've ordered from CraftShack twice and both times the shipments came well-packed, wrapped in newspaper and resting between egg crates to prevent them from breaking open. The care put into the packing is impressive. The shipments also arrived within roughly one week from order to arrival, which impressed me due to it being across the country.
