I first learned about CraftShack when I received a gift certificate from my boss. (Gotta love a boss who gives you beer!) Since then I have placed multiple order and have had a great experience each time. The shipping is fast, the prices are reasonable and the packing is remarkable. Each beer if protected from contact with another. There was one beer in my last order, which was out of stock. Within a few hours, a customer service rep contacted me and asked if I would prefer a partial refund or a replacement. I opted for the replacement and offered a couple suggestions, in order of preference, and my order shipped in short order. Would I recommend CraftShack to friends? You bet!
