I stumbled upon Craftshack on a very desperate search for a special beer that I couldn’t find around here. Once I placed that first order, I was hooked! Even after one shipping snafu, their customer service was so great that I know I will continue to order. I have now ordered 4 times and have recommended it to others. In addition, compared to some of the shipping amounts I have seen for beer and spirits, the flat rate shipping box is one of the better rates I have seen. I also appreciate the amount of information on the website, the rewards system, and email updates on new products. Happy customer here!
