For unknown reasons, screwed up orders are given absolutely no retribution, and missing bottles from shipments are deducted from discounts even though the remaining shipment's value exceeded the amount paid to receive the discount. Great physical working team, totally inept and incompetent business team. Just reading "Craftshack-com" shows you all you need to know about their bungled mismanagement.
