I was in a car accident in October of 2020 and hired Craig Swapp & Associates. I worked with Jenny F nearly on a regular for 16 months who was so incredibly helpful, kind and professional. If it wasn't for Jenny, I wouldn't of got the treatment I needed in order to fully recover from my injuries. She is a great communicator and genuinely cared about my treatment process and wouldn't let me settle for anything less than I deserved.
