Crampfix has been a game changer for me. During IM training,cramping on long rides was/is a given. But now i've found crampfix (12 mths ago) i can ride significantly harder knowing that when my right adductors start to cramp, a squirt of CF will stop/block the cramp for another 60mins. Doesnt taste great but it is super effective :-)
