On hearing this product mentioned in the commenary on a bike Race on SBS I thought, if it works it would be really handy for me.
Although a bit sceptical I purchased a few shot packets and last weekend had a chance to try them out during a bike fondo.
Am pleased to report that they actually worked, not too keen on the taste, but they worked well.
I just need to get the planning & timing right & they will now be my go to supplement whether on the bike, or running around hockey pitches.
Couldn't be more pleased or impressed.
