I picked up a 50ml squeeze bottle of Crampfix from the Scenic Rim Ultra race registration in 2020 and it's the perfect solution for my late race cramps. Cramps went away almost instantly and it's now my go-to for longer races being so small and easy to carry without needing to mix it with anything being in liquid form already.
