Crampfix does work . Going into the Wild Mount Beeripmo 21km trail run underdone I knew I would cramp up at some stage or after the event. 19kms in started to cramp up in the quad and it was crampfix to the rescue within 30sec cramp was gone. Great product and will make sure I carry it in my kit all the time now
