I have been a customer of crazydomains for 5 years - they deactivated my account due to a transaction dispute. I can't cancel my current domains and on-going services with them. I called and spoke to a customer service representative, she told me that I would only be able to access my account again when I respond to the dispute email.
A bit silly considering I can only understand the dispute by logging into my account.
Won't be using crazydomains anymore and will be switching to another provider for my businesses.
