Their Help Desk support is so bad. On hold for 1 hour, then disconnected within 1 minute, so I have to wait all over again! Any other domain registry would have to be better than these guys. Live chat and emails are just as useless.

0 stars. Pricing has skyrocketed as service quality has declined. Unable to have more than 1 email address per ~$100/year account. Previously 10 were default. They misleadingly now say 10 aliases and try to charge the full cost of email services per email address rather than per account. Want to cancel services? Enjoy endless circles of talking to bots instead. Terrible business, service quality is non existent.

They used to be good 5 years ago. Now they refuse to help. Their information on how to compete various tasks is 5-10 years old. If you want help for basic servies that are otherwise offere free by other providers, CrazyDomains will charge you for it. They also try very hard to push other services on to you multiple times without listening to you. I have wasted 2 days talking to 6 people and I still can't get my email set up. It turns out I could have done it with another company on the same day and much cheaper. DO NOT use Crazy Domains

Absolutely useless. If you have a business website avoid them like a plague. I have paid so much money for SEO just to find my website riddled with viruses and full of mistakes. My website went down for over 2 weeks and they couldn't get it back online. Completely useless and unhelpful customer service cost me thousands in revenue. They refused to issue refund for the rest of the year too. I changed to a different provider that got my site back online within an hour.

I am absolutely outraged by the service provided by [Crazy domain]. We lost access to our emails last Tuesday, and we are still dealing with this mess without any resolution. I have called countless times, only to speak with representatives who seem completely clueless about our situation. This level of incompetence feels criminal! We have lost an incredible amount of business because of this ongoing issue, and it’s infuriating to witness such blatant disregard for customer needs. The lack of urgency, support, and accountability is beyond unacceptable. I hope this feedback serves as a serious wake-up call for [crazy domains] to recognize the damage they are causing to their clients and take immediate action to rectify this situation.

Worst domain/webhosting/emailhosting provider I've ever dealt with. - Their email hosting takes your emails straight to spam. BE AWARE THEIR IPs ARE BLACK LISTED. After months of back and forth and doing little changes every time and leading me on in chat (probably knowing fully that emails will remain in spam instead of telling me this is the way it is and recommending to switch provider). I've moved to Proton and the first email went into proper inbox. - Their web hosting takes 15 seconds for your site to load, moving my website to a DigitalOcean droplet fixed that immediately. The worker on the other side of the chat couldn't tell me that their webhosting is just trash, and I ended up wasting soooo much time figuring out hat's wrong. - Tried to move my email hosting to proton, need to add a new TXT record in the dns server, turns out its paywalled for "premium DNS". bullcrap. moved domain to new domain provider and the entirety of DNS records are free to do with as you please. -They wont give me a full refund for wasting my time and money. 3 out of the 3 things i needed to get done were not done. STAY CLEAR FROM THIS JUNK COMPANY

Their sales pursuant me bought a three years web hosting service, cost over $900, no invoice provided. within a month, the server has been down two times. one time took one day to fix. our online business has been affected. So I changed the server and asking refund. Crazydomain refused to provide refund saying it's their terms and conditions. I will go to fair trading for this!

Not worth 1 star. Service used to be okay but now appalling. So much time wasted through multiple calls (and long hold periods) to fix simple issues. And business lost when sites go down or don’t function properly. Almost impossible to get anything fixed. I’ll be moving my domains elsewhere - recommend avoiding!

TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENTZero stars if I could. This company illegally hosts websites that infringe on trademark laws and does not comply with DMCA takedown notices. Facebook, Google and meta follow the law but this company has refuses to. They facilitate black market sale of illegal products and scammers. I won’t give up. I won’t quit. Follow the law crazy domain dreamscape networks.

I have been a customer of crazydomains for 5 years - they deactivated my account due to a transaction dispute. I can't cancel my current domains and on-going services with them. I called and spoke to a customer service representative, she told me that I would only be able to access my account again when I respond to the dispute email. A bit silly considering I can only understand the dispute by logging into my account. Won't be using crazydomains anymore and will be switching to another provider for my businesses.

My email server has been down for two days. When I called customer support, they informed me that their admin team does not work on weekends and can only attend to the issue on Monday. Since Friday, I haven't received any updates from them. I won't be recommending CrazyDomains to anyone.

103,000 SPAM EMAILS IN 2 DAYS CRASHED MY INBOX - NO HELP FROM CRAZY DOMAINS I have had email hosting with Crazy Domains for 13 years. Last week I had my account comprised. I have had our company communication virtually shut down by being flooded with spam email. CD staff told me it's because I'm on their old server and to fix it I need to pay them $1208.00 to be transferred to their new server. I said I'd been paying them for 13 years for a secure hosting service so why should I pay this exorbitant fee on top. It's their dodgy unsecured server that has been compromised. It's entirely their fault and now they are using EXTORTION like tactics to fix the issue rather than taking any responsibility. They have refused to help me unless I pay them so my business email is currently disabled. I am currently in a locked horns battle with them and will be taking the matter to Consumer Affairs. My best advice- DO NOT TRUST CRAZY DOMAINS

The worst web hosting company that I have ever dealt with, 3 call backs scheduled in the past to attempt to resolve an issue, could not even get a call back on the same day let alone the requested time on the day. Have advised to email me in advance as I do not answer phone numbers that I do not know - this company is an absolute joke!

Not even worth one star, but lowest that to select. Totally discusted with the service received from Crazy Domains. We have spent quite a bit of money with the company for domain registration/s email hosting, web hosting for 1 year hosting and web builder... to obviously build our website. Now only to find out 3months later after signing up that our website has crashed due to web builder expiring "A program in our minds that is used to initially build the website, once established this is no longer a requirement" After backward and forward communication the jist of it is that they are requiring us to pay even more money to re-instate our website. This information was never shared and indicated that the one cannot function without the other, but rather marketed as a free standing package. On the Crazy Domain website the Website builder is being promoted as a building tool and no where is it indicated that without this add-on product the website would not function, nor does it indicate that it is subscribtion based. People should not be fooled by these money hungry sharks with the only objective to scam people out of hard earned money. No alternitaves have been indicated in the massive marketing schpeel on their website. I am using this as a last resort to warn potential future customers to rather seek assistance and hosting somewhere else by comying and pasting this as far as possible on Google Review and social media sites and hopefully I can help someone else by saving them their hard earned money.

THE BOTTOM LINE: They took our money, saw that it was within the refund period, agreed to giving a refund, then made up lies so they could close the ticket and never provide the refund. To this day, months later, no refund. This is what a scam looks like. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY OR YOUR WEBSITE. Their service doesn't work, their support doesn't care and you'll be the one to suffer. We paid for 10 years of hosting upfront and for weeks, we were struggling with bugs in their interface. Support didn't care enough to even listen to the problem and kept providing 'fixes' that weren't relevant and blaming the customer. When they said I had to "upload the website via PHP, not HTML" (there's no such thing), that was the final straw. After 29 days of them failing to get a fully working service, I requested a refund. They confirmed I was still within the money-back guarantee window. They also said I'd hear back from some other team. They never got back to me (shocking) so I followed up. They then confirmed they would be providing me with a refund "within 24 hours". So, I started calling every day, and every day I was told I'd be given the refund "within 24hrs". Their excuses for the delays ranged from "we're waiting on the client retention team to look at the details" to "we sent you an email and need you to confirm it" and even "we put it in the wrong ticket queue so it wasn't actioned. It's been fixed now." In the end, they closed the ticket because "we haven't responded to the email that required confirmation". They never sent the email at all, despite claiming to have done so on multiple occasions.
