“I have purchased the Email Server + Domain from CrazyDomains. It is provided at an excellent price as a cPanel instance is included in the cost. Attempting to manage this myself (adding subdomains and redirecting IP addresses) has proved difficult as how the configuration works is not explained at all. However, the support is excellent and always willing to talk you through the solutions and methods for correctly maintaining your server.”

“Support via chat can be challenging and both parties can be easily mislead depending on how a sentence is structured and the level of knowledge pertaining to the problem. I found the constant willingness to assist their customers until he/she is satisfied a key trait in almost all CrazyDomain online support staff.
