Not even worth one star, but lowest that to select. Totally discusted with the service received from Crazy Domains. We have spent quite a bit of money with the company for domain registration/s email hosting, web hosting for 1 year hosting and web builder... to obviously build our website. Now only to find out 3months later after signing up that our website has crashed due to web builder expiring "A program in our minds that is used to initially build the website, once established this is no longer a requirement" After backward and forward communication the jist of it is that they are requiring us to pay even more money to re-instate our website. This information was never shared and indicated that the one cannot function without the other, but rather marketed as a free standing package. On the Crazy Domain website the Website builder is being promoted as a building tool and no where is it indicated that without this add-on product the website would not function, nor does it indicate that it is subscribtion based. People should not be fooled by these money hungry sharks with the only objective to scam people out of hard earned money. No alternitaves have been indicated in the massive marketing schpeel on their website. I am using this as a last resort to warn potential future customers to rather seek assistance and hosting somewhere else by comying and pasting this as far as possible on Google Review and social media sites and hopefully I can help someone else by saving them their hard earned money.

THE BOTTOM LINE: They took our money, saw that it was within the refund period, agreed to giving a refund, then made up lies so they could close the ticket and never provide the refund. To this day, months later, no refund. This is what a scam looks like. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY OR YOUR WEBSITE. Their service doesn't work, their support doesn't care and you'll be the one to suffer. We paid for 10 years of hosting upfront and for weeks, we were struggling with bugs in their interface. Support didn't care enough to even listen to the problem and kept providing 'fixes' that weren't relevant and blaming the customer. When they said I had to "upload the website via PHP, not HTML" (there's no such thing), that was the final straw. After 29 days of them failing to get a fully working service, I requested a refund. They confirmed I was still within the money-back guarantee window. They also said I'd hear back from some other team. They never got back to me (shocking) so I followed up. They then confirmed they would be providing me with a refund "within 24 hours". So, I started calling every day, and every day I was told I'd be given the refund "within 24hrs". Their excuses for the delays ranged from "we're waiting on the client retention team to look at the details" to "we sent you an email and need you to confirm it" and even "we put it in the wrong ticket queue so it wasn't actioned. It's been fixed now." In the end, they closed the ticket because "we haven't responded to the email that required confirmation". They never sent the email at all, despite claiming to have done so on multiple occasions.

Have unlimited hosting with Crazy Domains. Around 10 websites to the hosting. Server has been down for more than 2 hours. Customer service is terrible. I had to remind the agent that the initial recording while waiting to speak to a customer service agent, mentioned that I will speak to a friendly customer service agent. And when I got through to the agent, not friendly at all and had to remind him that the prerecording said I'll be speaking to a 'Friendly customer service agent' then he changed his tune. Additionally have been a customer for quiet some time, and in the past when a huge issue like this occurs, they use to compensate by giving some free extra hosting, they do recognise loyal customers or have a policy around recognising loyal customers, my last bill was $1000 and I get really poor customer service and a poor product. I will be looking to move all my hosting elsewhere and as well as move all my clients hosting away from Crazy Domains. See photos for proof that servers were down and still down for more than 3 hours! Called several times for an update, now still down and its been 6 hours and counting.

Worst company, no good customer service. I purchase domains names, they are way more expensive than GoDaddy for example, and they are not providing the service they say they will. I paid for a domain name 10 days ago, and I still do not have it. They say they need more informations, which provided, but even now, they are unable to help me and verify it. Instead my domain have been frozen and I cant access it.

Do not touch!!!! Email hosting has increased from $30 to $227 per year?!?! The call centre is in the Philippines, no person to speak to in NZ! Can you email to discontinue service? No!! You have to call!!! Now I have to wait for another email to respond to!! I emailed early June, still waiting for an email response. I tried Live Chat, but that's only for Technical Queries. Today was a phone call.

Crazy Domains is the worst. I've been waiting for 2 hours despite being told the wait time is 10 minutes. Once the agent communicates with you, they have no idea what they are doing.

Very disappointed. Your system is not secure. You can't even track website changes. You just let the website to be flagged. Why the hell am I paying the SSL for if you can't make the website secure?

Do not even consider this company. The staff are untrained and struggle to comprehend basic web hosting questions. If your services go down, they will be down for a LONG time.

AUTO RENEW SCAM! This company is very sly and has been using underhanded tactics to trick people into paying for services they didn't ask for. I purchased a domain and they added a "Free" "Sitebuilder" trial for 3 months and added "AUTO RENEW" to it with the checkbox in another area so you cannot notice it. They charged me over $500 over 2 years for a service I didn't want or use. "We emailed you that the auto-renew was coming up" what happens if the email address is not used? "Most people check there bank statements" Well I have a million other charged randomly from all the domains I own through them and it blended in with the rest. My best response was "We can only refund the last invoice because all the rest were over 72 hours old". This should be illegal and if anyone has had this happen to them please message me as a class action needs to be started against them for these underhanded, unethical tactics!

I've experienced nothing but drama with any dealings with Crazy Domains. I seriously recommend that anyone seeking a domain host to look elsewhere. I have spent nearly a whole day trying to get a simple task completed and dealing with an online consultant who I could hardly understand didn't help. My experience was similar to one that I went through a few years ago but thought that I'd give them a second chance. MY MISTAKE - DON'T MAKE IT YOURS!!!

Crazy Domains are absolutely terrible to deal with if you have a problem. The customer (non)service people stick religiously to their scripts and will not transfer you to a manager even if you swear at them which I was forced to do after being given the runaround by several different minions. Crazy Domains absolutely suck. Do NOT deal with them.

Crazy domains dont care for clients. Crazy domains have a reseller - who abandoned their business and left domain holders with no access to their domains. We notified Crazy Domains about this around 6 - 8 months ago. We managed to retrieve that clients Auth code after hours of effort. Now another person has contacted us. Their website and emails are down as their domain is no longer current. Crazy Domains (CD) were contacted two or more weeks ago. They backed the resellers 'rights' and tried to contact him. Fair call - although after we outed this guy 6 months ago you would think they would clean up their act with him. We requested the auth code sent to the registered owners email address. No! We were told we need to provide photo id (passport) and a signed letter. Done. We were told we needed to open a CD account. Done. We were told to open it under the owners email address - done. We verified the CD account via the owners email address. done. Two weeks on they are requesting us to send more emails, despite the emails being verified etc. We have raised an ICANN complaint. We still have no access to the clients auth code. CD could have sent it to the authorised email address. Now two weeks later, emails still don't work, web site is still down. Client is going nuts and now CD aren't responding to requests for escalation. Complete bureaucratic twerps with no care for their responsibilities or clients businesses. CD dont comply with ICANN or protect clients.

NEVER USE Crazy Domains! Terrible company... all they care about is conning consumers into buying domains (at a low rate) to then learn the said domain you have just purchased is next to useless. They basically sell you a domain name you can't do anything with and then ask you to pay more (than other providers) to make it work. You literally can't do anything with the domain you purchase until you purchase more options. You can't even do a redirect to an exisiting site without paying more and more money. NO info or warnings are visible about the pointless domain purchase. Either during the adding to cart section or the payment section of the site. You might as well write your domain name on a scrap piece of paper and save yourself some money for all the use the domain purchase is. These guys are crooks and everyone should stay away from them. If I could give a negative star rating I would. NEVER USE Crazy Domains!

I paid for a 10 year mail account and transfer of a domain name. I gave CrazyDomains SEVEN months notice before expiry of my existing contact with a more reputable host. Having supplied all information and authorisation transfer codes at the time of payment I found that CrazyDomains had done nothing except bank the payment. The domain name had to be retrieved from the previous host at additional cost due to CrazyDomain’s incompetence. Despite numerous communications with their “account managers” they failed to effect the transfer, failed to provide any service and failed to make any reimbursement. Although they operate out of Singapore and bank payments through Singapore they do not follow the laws of Singapore or the business ethics of that country. In the small print they hide behind the legislation of Dubai to avoid their responsibilities. These guys make the Mafia look honest and respectable. You are suitably warned. I am sure one of their flunkies will respond to this with various platitudes but you are advised to take what is said with a pinch of salt.

They made me very unhappy. Purchased Web Hosting account from them. Not the basic one. The control panel is horrible. I was expecting Plesk panel (Standard for most hosting comlany). They have a limited facility Plesk panel with a horrible theme. Can't add and configure DNS settings property. Cannot add another domain easily. This is the worst Domain hosting I have ever seen. Sent an email to Customer Service 2 weeks ago. Still no response. Steer away from this company. After losing £80 I am moving to another hosting provider. (I am an IT consultant and know what I am doing in case, if you are wondering about my knowledge of the product)
