Their sales pursuant me bought a three years web hosting service, cost over $900, no invoice provided. within a month, the server has been down two times. one time took one day to fix. our online business has been affected. So I changed the server and asking refund. Crazydomain refused to provide refund saying it's their terms and conditions.
I will go to fair trading for this!
