Whatever you do, do not become a reseller of crazy domains. They advertise their own products through your reseller interface to your customers, do not allow you to switch that off, and make no apologies for it. So basically they are stealing your customers.
Support in general is extremely bad as well. We only get 1 in 10 support requests dealt with properly and efficiently.
