Don't shop with this company
Be very careful with this company. There customer services just don't listen to your circumstances. In fact they have difficulty speaking English. Missed one payment of £12 and they applied charges of £38 plus 14%. I had rang them and sent numerous emails telling them why the initial payment had failed. They just weren't interested only to apply an excessive admin charge of £38 on a £12 payment. After spending thousands with this company and being a Diamond member I will be shopping elsewhere. DONT SHOP WITH THEM
