LIked the space and the room was clean and tidy. We've used the location at Carlton and the service there was a little more attentive (making sure we knew where everything was, preparing water, that sort of thing) but the Happiness Team at Richmond were certainly friendly and helped us out when we asked. Just a different service approach perhaps?
It would be good if there were decent coffee making facilities onsite — sometimes we didn't want to leave to go get coffee — but all in all it's a good space we'd use again.
