The lady who spoke to me helped me understand how I can improve my credit rating. She took her time to explain everything in detail referring to my credit account and explaining why my credit rating was low and she advised me what I can do to help improve it . She will be contacting me early next year to follow up on the plan and to making sure that everything goes well.Thank you for your great customer service .
