Ive never even heard of this company yet they have withdrawn £19.99 out of my account. I've never even been on their website let alone used or even needed to use them. I will be making a formal complaint to these and contacting my bank to refund my money as well as blocking this dodgy company who seem to think it is quite ok to take money from people who have never even used their site. What about data protection here?? This is disgusting what they have done
