They took 19.99 out my account and signed me up to their ‘membership’ without me knowing when I was looking into payday loans. They don’t respond to email and I can’t can’t get a refund for the money stolen from the bank but the bank have blocked all future payments from them. Awful that a company can legally rob people (especially people who are looking into payday loans so clearly struggling financially anyway and unaware that this company has taken their details). I hope they get shut down ASAP
