Made an order, no confirmation email, but plenty of marketing emails since. No idea if order will arrive, but showing on credit card. Rang customer service , got to front of queue twice and got cut off both times. Will see if anything happens over the coming days before I go to my credit card provider.
They must have IT and customer service issues. The clothes are generally good, but my advice is buy in store rather than online. Or if you want to shop online, do somewhere where they have proper IT and customer service.
