If there was an option for 0 stars then I would give it. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased a cardigan on line as a gift but it was too big, I returned it by courier and I have been chasing a refund for weeks, I have been told twice that my refund is being processed yet 3 weeks on I still haven't received a penny. Yesterday they told me I was getting a gift card for £60 as I paid by cheque yet I don't have a cheque book, I paid by credit card and it was £50, you cant ring them as its a permanent recorded message, so you have to just keep emailing and not getting anywhere.
