As previous reviews have remarked, it is very difficult to get a refund.
Returned one out of three items purchased. Received confirmation that Evri had picked it up but when checking tracking there was no apparent further movement. Contacted them, received an acknowledgment of my complaint but received no further information. Phoned and after waiting 15 minutes, instead of speaking to one of their “friendly, helpful staff” I had to leave a message on their iMessage service but gave heard nothing since.
Your customer service seems to be none existent.
The items I retained are satisfactory but I will not be using Crew Clothing again.
