Tried to order three items in their sale but was unable to finalise payment. Three telephone calls plus an email to customer services came to nothing .
My order still shows the three items in the bag but I’m unable to finalise payment. Frustrating is underplaying my feelings.
All of this despite having ordered and received other items one month ago.
