If I could give a 0 I would. Ordered 4 items on 1/8/25 paid express delivery. Wed 6th no status on my order page. 34mins 23 secs to get through to customer service to be told “yes sorry we have had some problems”
You’re not kidding. Couldn’t cancel the order but neither could they tell me when I might expect them. Absolutely shocking
