After ordering two items online for click and collect, a couple of days afterwards I was informed one of the items wasn’t available and was told it was good news. The other item would be delivered not given the option to cancel the entire order! The remaining item has taken 13 days From date of order to being available for me to collect, these days that is nowhere near good enough, I could’ve changed two shirt sizes in that time!!!!
