After reading lots of bad reviews I took a chance and ordered from C D mainly because of lack of stock elsewhere . I messed up on the order by ordering a bat care kit that was out of stock along with a bat that was in stock so I emailed there customer support they assured me the order would be ok ,and the next day both bat and care kit arrived . I don’t know if a lot of these bad reviews against C D are down to all the company struggling through COVID but all I can say is for me they were excellent
