“I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this retailer. It took a shocking six weeks to get my refund processed, which is completely unacceptable. I had to follow up multiple times, and each time I was met with unhelpful responses and delays. This level of service is not only frustrating but also unprofessional. I will not be shopping here again and would advise others to avoid this retailer if they value their time and money.”

“Bought a bat recently (18/05/2024) received it on 02/06/2024, was supposed to be pro players bat, cost £679.99 including knocking in service provided by Cricket Direct but have to say its hardly been knocked in and the quality of bat is not even worth half the price. Contacted customer service who were very rude and didn't even listen to me to allow me to explain what was wrong with the bat. Sent email and after chasing up few times got a generic reply without addressing my query either. Anyone thinking about buying from these frauds, please stay away.”

“Bought the pads . Delivery come on time,but the pads was not my size so send it back. The issue is for delivery you need to pay separately on the cost of your pad and if you want to send it back you pay from your packet. Then when I asked for refund they removed the tax also from the price and send me less money then I pay for the pad. Very bad service incase its not your size or you don't like the quality.....”
