“I ordered a cricket bag on the 14th July for my daughter and DX delivery has texted me over 4 times now asking me to choose another delivery day. DX are useless to get in touch with. Cricket direct has not been any better with responding to my emails. Her birthday is on the 29th July which gave me 16 days for it to arrive! I’ve no idea where the parcel is now.”
“I bought CA 10000 from cricket direct. But the bat damaged after just my first session . The edge damaged. I emailed them with pictures and return the item. But they refused to proceed refund after delaying for 6 days. They told me to carry on with the damaged bat. Never going to order from them and also I will suggest my team mate not to order from them. Do not waste you time by ordering from them”

I had to follow up multiple times, and each time I was met with unhelpful responses and delays. This level of service is not only frustrating but also unprofessional. “Bought a bat recently (18/05/2024) received it on 02/06/2024, was supposed to be pro players bat, cost £679.99 including knocking in service provided by Cricket Direct but have to say its hardly been knocked in and the quality of bat is not even worth half the price.
Contacted customer service who were very rude and didn't even listen to me to allow me to explain what was wrong with the bat.
Sent email and after chasing up few times got a generic reply without addressing my query either.
Anyone thinking about buying from these frauds, please stay away.”
“Bought the pads . Delivery come on time,but the pads was not my size so send it back. The issue is for delivery you need to pay separately on the cost of your pad and if you want to send it back you pay from your packet. Then when I asked for refund they removed the tax also from the price and send me less money then I pay for the pad.
Very bad service incase its not your size or you don't like the quality.....”
