I am not at all happy with your carrier. Apparently you require a signature for a relatively low value item. After having to alter the delivery date by 4 days in the week before Christmas because the carrier is unable to give a sensible delivery window other than 'all day', no times included in 'all day', when the parcel comes the driver does not give the recipient enough time to get downstairs to accept it . I am unable to say whether the item is suitable, but devastated that my granddaughter's Christmas present will not arrive on time. Very disappointed Grandma

Bit disappointed to be honest was ordered 5rh November paid for, didn't arrive until 15th December when I called to ask about delivery spoke to a Chinese girl who was quite rude and talked over me quite abruptly.

Good quality products and appropriate pricing but the big issue is the customer service, chasing orders was a nightmare. Wrong info is given multiple times whilst chasing orders. please improve customer service, it is damaging to the company's reputation.

Very poor customer service. I never even received a confirmation of my order. Parts of the order delayed, inability to meet demand and poorly written emails with incomplete sentences and information. Delays in processing refunds. Nothing good to say I’m afraid!

Dear Derek, Your order has been sent out the same day that you have ordered, unfortunately the parcel had been lost by the courier which is completely out our control. As result your order has been refunded in full.

Ordered gray-nicollis chest guard for LH batsman, product delivered is RH. Called customer service and they tried to convince me that there is no different chest guard for RH and LH. And there is no free return service available.

It was easy to order from the web site, the quality of the cricket bat is outstanding. I was kept informed of the progress of my order, the delivery was very quick, ordered on Saturday arrived on Tuesday, what more could you ask for. Would recommend this company and would not hesitate to order from them again

It’s very difficult to write a review when I haven’t received my order yet or any correspondence about it other than the confirmation of order I received when I placed the order more than a week ago.

Dear Kate, You ordered on the 22nd November at 21.13pm, this was was shipped 28th November at the time of order for this particular glove the was delivery information stating that this would take an extra 2/3 working days to be shipped

Products good but customer service very poor. I originally got sent an incorrect item (batting gloves not wicket-keeping gloves) and when I contacted the company to get this corrected I was told they would not send a replacement straight away but instead I would have to wait until I had returned the incorrect item. Consequently I had to wait a week to receive the missing item for an error that was entirely CricketDirect’s fault.

I ordered on CD000084980 £94 on 16th November, I have had to chase this order twice and so for have not received it. I am waiting to see if the latest promise is kept.

Hi, my son and I ordered the items on the Friday evening 24th Nov. We received confirmation over the weekend that the order would be delivered by the Monday 27th Nov in the evening, and that’s exactly what happened. The delivery was on time as communicated. I now have 1 x very happy son. Simple, fast and effective service- well done!! .

I ordered 3 items online - 2 of these items were the wrong colour upon receipt of them. Disappointing to then be asked for photographic proof before accepting responsibility and agreeing to provide a pre paid postage to return to return.
