“Bit disappointed to be honest was ordered 5rh November paid for, didn't arrive until 15th December when I called to ask about delivery spoke to a Chinese girl who was quite rude and talked over me quite abruptly.”

“Good quality products and appropriate pricing but the big issue is the customer service, chasing orders was a nightmare. Wrong info is given multiple times whilst chasing orders. please improve customer service, it is damaging to the company's reputation.”

“The bat I have bought Grade 2 Kokabura Size 5. But the bat grains are not straight as it should be in the garde 2 bat . Can you confirm if the bat grains will show the grades according”

“Great selection of products. Everything you could need. At great prices. But... CricketDirect uses DX Delivery who are worse than terrible. I want to shop at CricketDirect again, but won't until they find a more reliable delivery company.”
