Bought the pads . Delivery come on time,but the pads was not my size so send it back. The issue is for delivery you need to pay separately on the cost of your pad and if you want to send it back you pay from your packet. Then when I asked for refund they removed the tax also from the price and send me less money then I pay for the pad. Very bad service incase its not your size or you don't like the quality.....

the batting gloves & thigh guard is of good quality but the quality of inners are hideous. Shape, switches gave me an impression that the inners are knockoffs. The criceket balls are no where near to the standard what is posted. I know, pictures are just for reference & illustration purposes only, but still atleast the real product should be half of whats posted. As I'll travelling shortly the products are already packed that why right now I can't post pictures to put money where my mouth is by posying pictures.

I am not at all happy with your carrier. Apparently you require a signature for a relatively low value item. After having to alter the delivery date by 4 days in the week before Christmas because the carrier is unable to give a sensible delivery window other than 'all day', no times included in 'all day', when the parcel comes the driver does not give the recipient enough time to get downstairs to accept it . I am unable to say whether the item is suitable, but devastated that my granddaughter's Christmas present will not arrive on time. Very disappointed Grandma

Ordered gray-nicollis chest guard for LH batsman, product delivered is RH. Called customer service and they tried to convince me that there is no different chest guard for RH and LH. And there is no free return service available.

I ordered on CD000084980 £94 on 16th November, I have had to chase this order twice and so for have not received it. I am waiting to see if the latest promise is kept.

I ordered 3 items online - 2 of these items were the wrong colour upon receipt of them. Disappointing to then be asked for photographic proof before accepting responsibility and agreeing to provide a pre paid postage to return to return.

Delivery service is awful, I've put my mum's delivery address down as my mum's she was in all day today and they have said they haven't been able to deliver, you can't speak to anyone to sort it out, very stressful

There is nothing wrong with the product per se but on reading the small print you are only entitled to a full refund if the goods are returned to them within 14 days. If like me you bought the product as a gift for someone 3 weeks before their birthday then the refund policy is useless. Yes, I should have read the terms in more detail prior to purchase and yes you can get an exchange up to 30 days but that is no good if you want a refund. I have never come across this policy from any other online retailer before. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CRICKET DIRECT IF YOU ARE LIKELY TO REQUIRE A REFUND AFTER 14 DAYS.

3 out of 4 products arrived but there was one missing. The Gray Nicolls Umpire Counter didn’t arrive and no explanation as to why not.

I never got the product, even I informed them I had travelling ahead and they committed that it will be delivered before my travelling but in the end I had to cancel the order.

Shoes were good. But the size wasn’t what I expected. Should be a size guide on the website. Normally fit into a 7 but ordered a 7.5. It felt like a 6 & now have to pay more to send the shoes back & get them exchanged. Hoping I can get them by this Saturday for my game
