My issue was that the item was showing as being in stock but in reality, it wasn’t. Having paid the delivery fee I then had to chase and wait for 5 days for the item to be delivered. On this occasion, when I called customer services I was far from satisfied with the response.

No issue with any of the equipment bought, however charging £6 for delivery on a Royal Mail 48hr service just doesn’t make sense and does not represent good value.

We are extremely sorry that you feel this way. We have no control over the recipient's country law. You are required to pay your local tax and duties upon receipt of goods which are clearly displayed on our terms and conditions.

Service good - but we bought a cricket helmet which we thought was the correct size but son has worn it and transpires its too small, so now can't return it. I think for stuff like that it needs to be a high street purchase.

Dear Jackie Williams, we are selling helmets over the internet for last 25 years. On receipt of the helmet customers are entitled to check the fitting and whilst maintaining the product original condition and packaging for resale. We will be happy to exchange your helmet to a more suitable size provided the helmet has not been used.

I have recently been through a process of replacing old & weary cricket gear. Google led me first to this Company, from where I sourced 5 items, all showing as available and a bat (I wanted a specific weight; but strangely - for an online cricket retailer - I could only choose "light". On 4 occasions I wrote asking if they could select a bat for me at my favourite weight (within the light weight band) but every email went unanswered. Later I received a phone call to say the cricket shirt and sun hat I ordered were not in stock. We agreed a refund. It took 11 days for my order to arrive from that point; and there WAS a shirt in the box. But no trousers! Never again!
