“I ordered a cricket bag on the 14th July for my daughter and DX delivery has texted me over 4 times now asking me to choose another delivery day. DX are useless to get in touch with. Cricket direct has not been any better with responding to my emails. Her birthday is on the 29th July which gave me 16 days for it to arrive! I’ve no idea where the parcel is now.”
“I bought CA 10000 from cricket direct. But the bat damaged after just my first session . The edge damaged. I emailed them with pictures and return the item. But they refused to proceed refund after delaying for 6 days. They told me to carry on with the damaged bat. “Bought a bat recently (18/05/2024) received it on 02/06/2024, was supposed to be pro players bat, cost £679.99 including knocking in service provided by Cricket Direct but have to say its hardly been knocked in and the quality of bat is not even worth half the price.
Contacted customer service who were very rude and didn't even listen to me to allow me to explain what was wrong with the bat.
Sent email and after chasing up few times got a generic reply without addressing my query either.
Anyone thinking about buying from these frauds, please stay away.”

We extremely sorry you feel this way, your order was placed on 21st Dec and was sent out on the same day by Parcelforce. As its was a holiday period this was delivered on the 27th December as it was the next working day for the delivery companies.

You ordered on the 22nd November at 21.13pm, this was was shipped 28th November at the time of order for this particular glove the was delivery information stating that this would take an extra 2/3 working days to be shipped
“Products good but customer service very poor. I originally got sent an incorrect item (batting gloves not wicket-keeping gloves) and when I contacted the company to get this corrected I was told they would not send a replacement straight away but instead I would have to wait until I had returned the incorrect item. Consequently I had to wait a week to receive the missing item for an error that was entirely CricketDirect’s fault.”

We are extremely sorry that this has happened on this occasion. The reason for this mistake was an error with the barcode on the product. We have rectified the issue.
“It’s my first time use this company and it will be my final time. If you can, AVOID this company.
They charged £6.35 delivery fee which is significantly higher than average retailers delivery fee, but even with such a high delivery fee, I still did not get the item.
After I placed order, I received a confirmation email of my order, then absolutely no communication. So I emailed them a week later for status of delivery, they said item was delivered with a picture showed item was placed between a door and a bin (bin placed in front of a door).
Then I realised item was placed my detached outer building door which was behind my garage. Most importantly, no messages, emails or calls etc notifying me this. As I don’t even use this outer building often and it was behind garage, hence I never thought about to check it, until they showed me the picture, I went and check, item was not there. I also placed an amazon order which was delivered by the same delivery company Cricket Direct use, hence picture showed both items placed there, and both items were missing, but I did not know this, hence I already contacted amazon who refunded me, but Cricket Direct refused to refund me despite they did not delivered to my front door. Their customer service even asked me why I claim no receipt of this item but not amazon item, I said I already notified them I did not receive both items in my initial email, they went silent and not communicate since.
When I asked Cricket Direct to show me any messages, emails or calls that they sent to me to notify me items were placed there from themselves or delivery company, they refused to provide it. I told them I will contact my bank decline the transaction, they said they will only show to my bank, what a strange thing, they have the opportunity to show me but they refuse to show me evidence to proof it.
I give them 5 days to provide this proof, now 5 days past, no communication, so I will take this up with my bank.”
