Wouldn’t order from this company again, ordered and paid for a cricket bag. Told 2 days later due to stock error it was out of stock so agreed to an alternative bag which was supposed to be sent out the next day … 3 weeks and 14 emails later I finally received my order. Customer service appalling

Terrible customer service and lack of care to try and help. Long delivery times, lack of communication when items become out of stock. Will not use this company again.

It's my 1st and last mistake I purchase through your company they delivered the parcel wrong and now they said I have to wait till next month. I am totally disappointed with your services and I will give my same reviews on the Google as well. My friends also leave same comments about your services and I will give the email screenshots too.

We extremely sorry you feel this way, your order was placed on 21st Dec and was sent out on the same day by Parcelforce. As its was a holiday period this was delivered on the 27th December as it was the next working day for the delivery companies.

£6.35 to post me a gift voucher! I queried this immediately and the voucher was quickly dispatched while the emails were going back and forth and then pointed to as a reason not To resolve it. Feels a bit dodgy.

I ordered my items with standard delivery 10 days before Christmas. My items have not been delivered yet. I will be sending these back as they did not arrive in time for Christmas despite having enough days on the standard delivery period. Very disappointing

Very poor customer service. I never even received a confirmation of my order. Parts of the order delayed, inability to meet demand and poorly written emails with incomplete sentences and information. Delays in processing refunds. Nothing good to say I’m afraid!

Dear Derek, Your order has been sent out the same day that you have ordered, unfortunately the parcel had been lost by the courier which is completely out our control. As result your order has been refunded in full.

It’s very difficult to write a review when I haven’t received my order yet or any correspondence about it other than the confirmation of order I received when I placed the order more than a week ago.

Dear Kate, You ordered on the 22nd November at 21.13pm, this was was shipped 28th November at the time of order for this particular glove the was delivery information stating that this would take an extra 2/3 working days to be shipped

Products good but customer service very poor. I originally got sent an incorrect item (batting gloves not wicket-keeping gloves) and when I contacted the company to get this corrected I was told they would not send a replacement straight away but instead I would have to wait until I had returned the incorrect item. Consequently I had to wait a week to receive the missing item for an error that was entirely CricketDirect’s fault.

Very poor service. I returned an item a week ago and have no communication back from Cricket direct. I have queried this twice and no replies.

It’s my first time use this company and it will be my final time. If you can, AVOID this company. They charged £6.35 delivery fee which is significantly higher than average retailers delivery fee, but even with such a high delivery fee, I still did not get the item. After I placed order, I received a confirmation email of my order, then absolutely no communication. So I emailed them a week later for status of delivery, they said item was delivered with a picture showed item was placed between a door and a bin (bin placed in front of a door). Then I realised item was placed my detached outer building door which was behind my garage. Most importantly, no messages, emails or calls etc notifying me this. As I don’t even use this outer building often and it was behind garage, hence I never thought about to check it, until they showed me the picture, I went and check, item was not there. I also placed an amazon order which was delivered by the same delivery company Cricket Direct use, hence picture showed both items placed there, and both items were missing, but I did not know this, hence I already contacted amazon who refunded me, but Cricket Direct refused to refund me despite they did not delivered to my front door. Their customer service even asked me why I claim no receipt of this item but not amazon item, I said I already notified them I did not receive both items in my initial email, they went silent and not communicate since. When I asked Cricket Direct to show me any messages, emails or calls that they sent to me to notify me items were placed there from themselves or delivery company, they refused to provide it. I told them I will contact my bank decline the transaction, they said they will only show to my bank, what a strange thing, they have the opportunity to show me but they refuse to show me evidence to proof it. I give them 5 days to provide this proof, now 5 days past, no communication, so I will take this up with my bank.

Terrible service. After multiple email messages and phone calls about an order I wished to place and which I required quickly, I was assured the goods I needed were in stock and would be delivered the next working day. Not only did my purchase not arrive the next day, as promised, but not all of the items were included in the delivery, with no explanation as to why, nor any clarification as to when they would follow! I immediately contacted customer services to address these issues and was met with curt, unhelpful responses. No effort was made to address the issues, and I was left to cover the costs of the return myself, despite the shocking service and unfulfilled promises. I am still waiting for my refund to be processed. I have not interacted with a worse online retail proposition and would strongly advise online buyers to purchase elsewhere.

The product I received was faulty - it was a very painful experience dealing with Customer Services trying to arrange a return for the cricket that I had ordered and explaining that I shouldn't have to pay for the delivery and return costs due to the fault. I would avoid buying anything from this company again.

I ordered a child junior medium which is on my order form and was sent an adult medium. Now I have to go through the return process for being sent the wrong item.
