I ordered a cricket bag on the 14th July for my daughter and DX delivery has texted me over 4 times now asking me to choose another delivery day. DX are useless to get in touch with. Cricket direct has not been any better with responding to my emails. Her birthday is on the 29th July which gave me 16 days for it to arrive! I’ve no idea where the parcel is now.
