Unfortunately I am yet to receive an order placed 18 days ago. I have been notified by the courier on 3 separate occasions to say the ordered will be delivered, but on each occasion they do not attempt delivery. It is not possible to speak to the courier and their live chat facility doesn't work. It is also not possible to speak to cricket direct (I have called > 10 times now). So I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

I had to chase my order and was told they were waiting for one item before it could be dispatched. All items we’re showing as in stock! Extremely poor customer service. My order has still not arrived 2 weeks after ordering. Not a happy customer!!!

Would really like to know why you charge over £6 for delivery when you have to wait at least a week for your order to arrive? To then have to pay for returns within 14 days otherwise you don’t qualify for a refund. A complete rip off and won’t be using you again.

I placed the order for these shoes In December and received them yesterday. I got no call or email from anyone about whats the delay why is it taking so long unless I reached out myself. Terrible service and experience will never ever order from here again !

No communication, no emails with delivery dates, called and promised pre-weekend delivery, DX direct tried to deliver at 8.02am all family were in no knock at door and no card through door Very disappointing as we could have bought elsewhere Mark

Not reliable on price on website and shipping expense shows on site during purchase. Because they will charge you extra after you buy it and you have no other way with out spending it. And customs extra. The thing is they never tells you about anything.

Very poor service and communication! I ordered £480 of cricket equipment for my son and after 2 weeks I was still waiting for my delivery! When I emailed them they said it would take 3-5 days but no explanation to why after two weeks I didn’t receive my goods! I had to cancel and go to London to buy the equipment as my sons needed the equipment to play matches!! Don’t use this company they are useless!!!

Avoid. 1/2 order received. 4 weeks later still awaiting shirts. No response to 2 emails. I'd spread the word around clubs too to ensure others aren't disappointed.

Do not use this company, they took our money and never sent the goods, I tried over 30 times to call them, emailed them, they never return the calls/emails. In the end I raised a dispute with my bank and got a refund. One star is too much to give them.

Try and avoid this company, they sent the wrong item and not refunding after returning the item it been a week, open PayPal case and awaiting a refund

Warning!! Avoid, worst ever! Avoid! Worst ever, i don't think even a real company! Ordered my son a cricket bat and chased up when not received over a week later, don't reply to e-mails to Sales@ or Customer Services@ addresses, phoned up, all numbers seem to divert to a woman on a mobile who doesn't answer like a company would! Told no stock and they can refund within 24 hours, didn't receive, chased again few days later told the same and never received - this repeated 3 times!! In the end I had to contact Paypal and open a case so that they could get me a refund.
