The product I received was faulty - it was a very painful experience dealing with Customer Services trying to arrange a return for the cricket that I had ordered and explaining that I shouldn't have to pay for the delivery and return costs due to the fault. I would avoid buying anything from this company again.

Very poor Service, not recommended, I purchased a ready-to-play bat online, more than 24 days ago but still, they are unable to deliver the bat.

I ordered a child junior medium which is on my order form and was sent an adult medium. Now I have to go through the return process for being sent the wrong item.

Very bad customer service. Sent the wrong item. When contacted the customer service, they had very bad attitude as if they don’t care about the customer. Never buying again from them.

Dear Bhavani, the reason for the delay in your order was the address provided when placing the order was incomplete. The correct address was confirmed on Friday and your order is being collected from us today to be delivered tomorrow. Your tracking has been provided over email.

Oil bottle. Was damaged, product package packaging received was also damaged, one item was also missing from the package.

I ordered a helmet and thigh pad on 03 May standard delivery (3-5 days). It is now late on 11th May and I have heard nothing. DX tracking simply says : We have received your order details and we are expecting your parcel shortly. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

Looks like Royal Mail have delivered to the wrong address. Proof of delivery shows a picture of the parcel left at a property that I dont recognise. Mailing address on the shipping was correct. Doesn't appear to be a neighbour. I can't track down the goods

I would not buy from Cricket Direct. I bought cricket gear from numerous sites due to the price . The other sites standard delivery arrived in two days. With Cricket Direct, my tracking info has not changed one week after the order. No one answers the telephone or has replied to my email request to confirm when it will be delivered.

Unfortunately very poor customer service my sons cricket shoes lost studs on its first wear and they refuse to replace. Never had this problem with any other cricket shoes obvious a fault but they refuse to correct the issue. Won’t buy from here again

Been asked to write a review on my recent purchase. My 9yr old son decided he wanted to take up cricket this summer. We manged to get pads and gloves from a local sports shop. But decided to go for a more quality helmet and bat. Hence we came across cricket direct and done a purchase through them. Once the bat and helmet arrive, I'll give a more accurate review of the equipment. Fingers crossed it arrives by next week.

Parcel was down as delivered and was not delivered! Wonderful experience, please do not use this company as the complaint was not handled effectively either.

I ordered cricket equipment to the value of £154.10 on the 19th of April, 6 days ago. I also paid a £6.34 delivery charge, which is expensive as most companies deliver free for that order value. The order did not indicate a shipping time, and I heard nothing since, except receiving this email asking me to leave a review. I also cannot find a phone number to call on my order. Cricket Direct sent out the wrong item to me and refuse to send the correctly ordered and paid for items to me until I send their incorrectly delivered items back to them, meaning I will not receive what I ordered in time for the matches I specifically ordered them for. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Bad service, customer service 0% Person on call 10 times lie with me over the phone I request her to transfer my call to manager she denied Dog noise coming on background I don’t know how to describe this kind of bad customer service Please allowed me to give you minus star I used first time and this is my last time Also my cricket club member ask me recommendations for cricket direct I will give them very bad feedback about cricket direct I feel like this is scam going on

Unfortunately, I found the services of CricketDirect to be extremely disappointing! I ordered a junior bat for my son's birthday and 2 weeks later there was no still no communication of when I could expect delivery. I contacted their customer support and was put through to a person who was most unhelpful and advised me that the bat I had ordered and now paid for was not in stock and that they could offer me an alternative. When I inquired about the specific bar she advised me it was not in my budget. She was giggling and laughing on the line and was in no way apologetic for the mistake on CricketDirect part. This has proved to be such a disappointing shopping experience and I am now left with no gift. I have now requested a full refund and have just received an email for only the amount of the shipping and not the actual bat itself.
