“Very poor customer service. I never even received a confirmation of my order. Parts of the order delayed, inability to meet demand and poorly written emails with incomplete sentences and information. Delays in processing refunds. Nothing good to say I’m afraid!”

You ordered on the 22nd November at 21.13pm, this was was shipped 28th November at the time of order for this particular glove the was delivery information stating that this would take an extra 2/3 working days to be shipped
“Products good but customer service very poor. I originally got sent an incorrect item (batting gloves not wicket-keeping gloves) and when I contacted the company to get this corrected I was told they would not send a replacement straight away but instead I would have to wait until I had returned the incorrect item. Consequently I had to wait a week to receive the missing item for an error that was entirely CricketDirect’s fault.”
