Cricket Direct went an extra mile to ensure I was the owner of the card used to make a purchase . This is commendable but should have been done during initial stages of purchase not to be done more than 2 weeks later delaying delivery: Had to pay £158 to deliver this Bat to Zimbabwe . It was a huge inconvenience. Otherwise your service is great. Thank you
